Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can I be held responsible for debts my husband incurred during the marriage that I knew nothing about? He also has an active warrant for his arrest in a nearby county, he insists that it was issued beyond his probation ending date, can I face legal consequences as well?

Unless you signed on for his debts, you are not liable. As to the warrant, I don't see any bad consequences to you about that.
