Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hello!My qouestion is:Me and my boyfriend going to have a baby,but we are not married and baby will be my last name,he will be on the birth sertificate.Our relationchip is not very good and later if we split i want to go to live in Europe,because that's were my family is.I want to take baby with me.Do i need from him promition or somethink if i want to moove out?Or what I will need for that?

If you are not married and he wishes to petition the courts for legitimation and visitation before you leave, then he has every right to. If he is the father and is granted visitation then you must abide by the court order. If he doesn't do any of this prior to you leaving, then he will be forced to go through the court system where ever you are.
