Hiouse From Divorce

In our divorce I was granted control of land and property as long as I choose to live there and pay the bills and this was 5 yrs agao and uncontested divorce the property is in exs name we bought when we got married.I have married and still live there and ex wants to take me back to court to force sale .he is the one who left me for another woman .we have been divorced 5 yrs can he take back to court and force a sale?I have no quick claim deed only copy of divorce drcree.

Property settlements in divorces are final and cannot be reopened.

The information that you need to determine is what type of posession of your real property was decreed to you by the court. You may want to take the decree and any agreements that were made part of the decree to an attorney for a determination of this.
