the house during divorce

House is in his name he used va

loan, he is the main breadwinner.

He was to move out during

separation, now he is not, I do

want the house to be awarded to

me and children he tells me i can

buy iy from him (he drinks, has ptsd

and is physically abusive) if I move

out temp while going thru divorce

does that hurt chance of me getting

house. Is there a way to get him

out during separation.

These are questions your lawyer should address with you. As a general rule, a person who moves froma house is at a disadvantage trying to win it in a divorce.
