Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I need out of my house fast, please help me!

I am 15 years old, I will be sixteen in less than 2 months. I am planning on trying to go through the emancipation process the minute I'm sixteen. My mother is a prostitute, she drinks too much and I am suffering severely from it. I need advice on how to go about this the right way. If I don't get out I am going to commit suicide, run away, or end up in jail, or most likely a looney bin. I cannot deal with this anymore. I refuse to stay with her and throw my life away. I'm leaving one way or another, but I'd much rather do it legally. I'm a good student I've never made a lower grade than a B in my life, and I'm very strong willed. I have alot of adults that understand my situation completely, and they are willing to take me in if I pay them rent. I'm getting a job within days, and I'll be getting a better paying job when I turn 16. Please help me, I'm begging you. There are a lot of other things that I have to deal with but I don't want to say, things nobody my age should have to deal with. If my mom found out that I wanted to be emancipated and I ended up not being approved, my mother would make my life a living hell.

I suggest that there are many people that would take you in regardles sof whether you will pay rent. I suggest you take a family member with you and go to DFCS and report your mother and ask for their assistance.
