Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a house we purchased together last year. The loan is in my name only, but the title is in both names. There is no equity in the home, I owe more than it is worth. I would like to keep it and stay there. Would a judge still make me sell it, or would he award it to her and I still pay for it. There are no kids involved
