Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My question is two-fold, my wife and I are getting a divorce. We just bought a house together, a week later she left me, The house is in my name only, my questions are these, first does she have any financial obligation to the house and second, if I am unable to sell or pay for the house and have to foreclose is she responsible and will the bank go after her

The house would be marital property and unless you both agree on a division, that issue is up to the court.

As far as the lender goes, regardless of any case you and she have, the lender can pursue either party for a joint debt.
