I have owned the house Im living in for 12 years I was married prev and in that decree my first wife gets half the equity when I sell. Im going to file for divorce from my second wife of 6 yrs . I refinanced the house 4 yrs ago to pay off her credit cards of 18k. I want to keep the house i have 2 children from first marraige that I have custody of so I want them to stay in the house also she wants the bedroom suit which my mother bought.

I am not sure what your question is, but if the question is "can you stay in the house", then, unless the previous decree specifies that you have to sell by a certain date, then you can stay. However, you should consult with a local attorney who can carefully review your decree to see how your refinancing to pay off (I assume) the ex's debts affects the equity division.
