Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex husbad is the primary custodian of out son. I live in georgia and always have and he moved to montana. Is ther anyway to get my son back in georgia?

Much of that depends on the facts you omitted - what do your divorce papers say is obviously the most significant part of the answer. And your respective parenting skills, which you also did not mention, is the other significant part. You need to see a lawyer. Be sure to do this BEFORE he is gone for 6 months, as Georgia will lose jurisdiction after that.
