Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband had an affair and his partner now claims pregnancy, threat of miscarriage for which a physician has supposedly been seen, and has requested money to abort. No proof has been provided, other than her word of mouth. What can be done to handle this legally or how can this be handled legally?
