Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My husband had apply for loan modification, The house is under his name, he has abandon the marriage for almost three years. I have two children with him. I pay the mortgage and all the bills on my own for almost three years. He won't sign the loan modification. The house is going back on foreclosure. I only mailing $1,200 a month. I can't afford an apartment. Can I get a power of attorney to sign the document. What can I do. I don't have much time left. Can you help me with the process.

You wrote this like you were hiring a lawyer ("Can you help?") This is an internet message board, so you will not find help online. There is only one way to force a spouse to do anything and that is called divorce. You will not get that done in time to work on this modification, but each day you delay lessens the chance to even keep the home. Retain a divorce lawyer ASAP.
