Can my husband get custody if had me and my three children evicted after I told him I was filing for seperation?

You need a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. A husband CANNOT evict a wife. Period. And in Georgia you CANNOT file for separation. (We allow only divorce or separate maintenance).

The best way to have a custody case go very badly is to not have counsel. Get a lawyer immediately.
