Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My husband and I dated from 2005 until we married in 2013. We had a child together in 2008 and a second in 2011. We married in my homehometown in Ohio but we live in Georgia. I just found out that he married another woman, who he has been claiming as his "friend" since 2008...he married this woman in 2010 then married me in 2013. This woman knows him and I are married and he says that she is okay with this "arrangement". What are my options...how do I proceed??

Under Georgia law, your marriage would be void and he would be a criminal. You need to contact a good domestic lawyer immediately to check Ohio & Georgia law, and you likely have big decisions to make. It is not something for a website like this - you need to have a sitdown with a good lawyer.
