If a husband is devorcing his wife, and the husband has hired a lawyer, and he is in charge of the money in the family. How does the wife get money from the husband to hire a lawer

He has over 300000 in cd's.

You will need to file a motion with the court requesting that your husband, as the primary bread winner, pay your legal fees. Even though it's a little bit of an oxymoron, you should hire a Georgia family law attorney BEFORE filing the motion -- your chances of success are better.

Let me add to Mr. Cook's answer that it is rare to actually collect attorneys fees from the other side, and you'll usually have to pay at least some fees up front. Many attorneys take credit cards, so consider that as an option.
