Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband died in the middle of a divorce. It was not complete. His girlfriend claimed to be his wife on Death Certificate. Is this Fraud?

It's a crime. Discuss it with your divorce lawyer TODAY (if you don't have one, you need onemore tha ever!) And you may be told to swear out a criminal warrant. Definitely also contact Vital Records unless the lawyer says otherwise. Treat this an emergency.
