Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband and I are going through a divorce. My three kids and I have moved out and are currently living with my sister. I do not have a job. I lost my job because my husband took my vehichle keys and I was unable to go to work. I am currently enrolled in college full time now and have no source of income because I can not go to work with out transportation. My husband is not providing any child support for the kids and I have reason to believe that he has lost his job as well. He still lives in our marital house and is in possession of all 3 of our marital vehicles. His is threatening to fight me for custody of our two children together. The third child is not biologically his. I am wondering what is the likelihood that he will get custody of his two biological children. Please advise. Thank you.

You say you are going through a divorce which means you should be asking your lawyer as these are issues to address in your case. No one here, minus all the details your lawyer has, will be able to answer your question. Having said that, a person who does not support his children would have a difficult time winning custody.

I am perplexed by two things. Number one, 50 dollars and a locksmith would have solved your car key problem when it happened. And why have you not had your husband arrested for abandonment of the children.
