Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband and I are getting a Divorce we had a prenup and we both came into the marriage with about 250,000 in assets about half of mine was money I spent a great deal of it remodeling his two homes and supporting the two of us for 2 years and when the money ran out he decided he not longer wanted to be married to me. He told me he owes me nothing an only wants to give me 5000. in the divorce. We have been living in a home is father bought back in Dec of 2009 and now his dad has told me I have to move out ASAP we had no lease and my husband and his father had a agreement that he would give him 500. a month rent from the home we moved out of which my husband owned. Do I have to move out tomorrow? My husband told me if I didnot sign the divorce papers on Monday 8-9-2010 he was going to have all my stuff put out on the street he does not live here anymore but he still has all his belongings here and said take all of it. What chance do I have if I go to court? They have been bulling me for 2 months and insist I will get nothing if I contest the divorce and still leave me homeless.

You need a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. No one can answer your rights without reading the prenup and getting other information. You should NOT be talking with him about terms until you see counsel. And no you cannot be forced to move in one day.
