my husband and I are divorced, we have joint legal custody, my child has been with me since aug 1, the husband had the care cottage rep at the school this morning telling me my child can no longer live with me unless we go to court and change it He is 14, can they legally make him stay with his father, He has blocked my number from my childs phone

Who said it "cottage care rep" ??? what is that??
Keep your child (you may be able to file suit against school for interfering with your custody rights) - go back to the court that signed your final IMMEDIATELY and file contempt action against ex-husband ASAP!!
