Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex husband filed for a custody modification and also an emergency ex parte custody order in which he was asking for full custody of our daughter and for her to have only supervised visitation with me. The temporary emergency order was signed and filed by the court and a hearing was scheduled for two weeks later. We came to a custody settlement agreement for joint custody where we alternate weeks with her, and to this date, he has not signed our settlement agreement and he also hasn't added any other objection. A month ago he and his girlfriend came to my parent's house and dropped off all of my daughter's belongings along with my daughter because they were kicked out of the home they were renting. I am trying to figure out how to obtain a dismissal of the temporary custody order and go back to the original divorce agreement, where I had full custody, and, until he can find and maintain a stable home environment, limit visitation. Any suggestions?

It is mind boggling that you didn't do the only sensible and necessary move on day one...Get a lawyer. Fix that disastrous misstep today. The type motions and steps you must do are complex and you've lost valuable time. This is not a DIY project.
