Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
my husband and I filed for divorce about two years ago in ringgold Georgia he filed first and served me with papers in Louisville KY where I'm from and all my family is and where I also took my 5 year old son. the judge temporarily ordered me to only get every other weekend because he has been the primary income/caregiver.the last certified papers that I have from county clerk state that if I move back to Chattanooga we alternate weeks 7 days on 7 days off. well I reconciled with him last March of 2010 and decided to leave this past February of 2011 due to his verbal mental and physical abuse. we have been separated 7 months I have made 6 police reports in that time been to child protective services, the family crisis center, dfcs, got a warrant fir his arrest for harassment and he still some how brought the police to my apartment (2 bdrm 2 bath that I'm struggling to keep bc majority of the time I was a stay at home mother) and they took my son from me and gave to him his ex parte is older than the temporary order.I have kept a journal every day I have documented everything he has done when I've had my son, recordings, texts witnesses to testify he said he wanted me dead, when he hit me in public and that he is mentally abusing my son. NO ONE seems to be able to answer all of my questions especially Why in the world can't u get my son. my ex owns a martial arts gym and has a track record including assault charges and violence. I need help Please if possible can u please for my sons sake, my sanity and prevailed justice help me find answers or lead me to someone who can. my lawyer dropped me bc I couldn't pay the entire five thousand up front I paid a majority of it but I'm struggling to keep my utilities on and rent paid.Thank you , erica Blalock 4238833995

You need to IMMEDIATELY contact LawGuru to remove your post because you have violated the rules and posted your names, phone number, and very private information about your family (though LawGuru has shown lately they have little concern for such things). Now anyone who googles your name can see all your private family business and personal problems.
It is urgent that you contact LawGuru staff and get your post deleted. You posted your name and phone number, and various details so that the whole world can find it via Google. That includes your spouse and his lawyer. That may hurt your case. It was a big mistake and you need to get it fixed ASAP.
