Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband just found out that he the father of a child that his ex says was not his. She is now suing him for child support since the DNA test came back that the child is his. He has never seen the child nor does he wish to have any communication with the child. However, he agrees to pay child support since the child is his. How can he sign over his rights to this child and still pay child support? He lives in Georgia and the child is in Indiana.

Since he has never sought custody, there are no rights to sign over. He simply has to work out a child support order and he should get a lawyer for that.
