Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband and I are looking to try and get full and or split custody of his two boys. My husband pays child support, however, the mom makes it very difficult to get the boys for visits and often doesn't let him talk or see them. We both make very good money, have solid federal jobs with excellent benefits and backgrounds. How hard would it be to try and get custody? As far as we know the mother is remarried, however, may or may not be working herself.

You can't seek custody of his children, but he can. As to his chances, he needs a lawyer to assess the details of a case and determine how, when and if to proceed. He may need to look at not only modification but contempt if she is violating any court orders.
