My husband is trying to kick me out of the house that his name is on the deed. He aquired the house when i was out of town. what rights do i have?

You haven't been specific enough to answer. To kick you out he had to file either a divorce or other lawsuit. What did he file? (Assuming he did you need a lawyer).
