Husband left me oweing all the debt

Married for 8years,Went on a trip and when I returned He had moved out,leaving me with all the debt,His credit was bad and everything was in my name,This has caused me to almost file bankruptcy...Credit was good before...Im loosing my vehicle because of the impact of him leaving,Can you advise me?
