Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Can myself or my husband legally sue his ex-wife to have her change her name? SHe is still using his name after being divorced for over 5 years and is a person of questionable character. She gets into trouble and gets arrested and we would really like her top not be associated with our family due to her name. Is there a way to make this happen? Thank you for your help!

A divorced person is Georgia has the right to choose whether or not to retain a married name. No one else can decide that for the person.
