Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex husband is making threats to me for court and DFACS when I make mistakes with our kids. My health is being effected. He plans with my 14 year old daughter and has her relay messages. He has damages my realtionship with her. I am human I make mistakes, but I am living on pins and needles and in fear to do anything wrong. I feel like he has all the rights, as well as he makes more money and can afford legal fees. Is there anything I can do to make this behavior stop?

If you have custody of the kids, the law is on your side. If you are doing nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about. The best thing you can do for yourself is hire an attorney who can get familiar with your case and jump into action if need be.
