my husband & i are having marriage problems. his mother passed away a couple of months ago. am i entiltled to his inheritence?

Unless he gives it to you, or comingles the funds in a joint account, no.

Because the financial decisions he and you make now will affect the outcome, get a lawyer immediately to advise you what you should (and should not) do.
