Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband and I moved into an apartment together. He told me I wasn't on the lease, just on as an occupier. He asked me to leave the apartment and he wants an annulment. We've been married about 40 days. What rights do I have and does he have any certain rights?

I would strongly suggest that you immediately see a lawyer.

An annulment can only happen when a marriage was never legal, so unless you are underage, already married, or committed serious fraud, he is showing his ignorance in mentioning annulment. Stop talking to him and talk to your lawyer.
