how to get ex husband to pay

i'm divorced 4 years now.we have a daugther 14 years old. she went to see her dad this past weekend .when she left she was fine,but when she came home she was telling me her wrist hurt.So i asked him rigth then and there if she hurt her self.and he and his new wife said no.but my daugther said in front of him daddy i told you i fell and hurt my arm.well to make long store short she has a broke wrist. i was told by the er where i took her to to take her to this bone doctor .well her dad has not meet his ductbile for this year and they wanted payment right then.so i let them talk to him on the phone.he is refuseing to pay for it.so theyu would not put her case on and the child is in alot of pain.our divoce papers say that he is to pay all medical payments. so please tell me what i can do to get him to pay.
