Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband & I are in the process of divorcing after 12yrs and 2 children. We both have lawyers but they have a discrepancy in CS amount to be paid. Can this be dertermined by a judge alone or do we have to do the whole case in court? I am asking you because my lawyer is proving to be non responsive.

If you are not satisfied with the answers from your lawyer, then you should retain other lawyers. There's no way anyone here, without seeing the pleadings, can predict how your case may be resolved.
