Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my husband has put $45,000 credit card debt in my name and has defaulted and won't speak to me.

He has about another $60,000 in his own name.

He lives in our attic and will not speak to me.

He is self-employed and cannot afford to live alone.

How can I divorce him and ask judge to award him the debt?

We have 4 children and a house.

I want the kids and house but will let him still live in attic.

Is this do-able and how can I find free legal help?

I will do everything I can by myself.

Yes, it is doable. However, as to free legal help, you are going to have to contact your nearest Legal Aid office.
