my husband has refused to work and support the family. how can I get him to live the home without going through the procee of divorce

Assuming you mean "leave" the home, you want us to guess who actually owns the home (or is on the lease for a rental). You may have no more right to make him leave than he has to make you leave.

You can't, unless you file for divorce and a court makes him go.
