Husband not responding and putting off divorce

my husband won't read the Divorce Agreement, and keeps threatening to get an attorney. It's been 2 1/2 months with him missing a court date and then not bringing important financial documents to the mediation session that the court ordered after he didn't show up for the first hearing. Now he won't go to the parenting class before our next hearing. Will the judge go ahead and agree with what I requested in my agreement since my husband wouldn't respond to the divorce? She seemed to bend over backwards for him since he didn't have an attorney, and he still hasn't gotten one. He didn't want to review the agreement at mediation either.
