Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband got roped into a bad divorce degree saying he would pay 1/2 of all college expenses for both kids, the daughter went 6 1/2 years and the son is still there from 2004 to 2011 (if we are lucky) he flunks out. Is there a law on the books to help us breach this contract, we live in Georgia. Help

No.

Presumably he's an adult and he could read what he signed. He also had a right to hire a lawyer and get advice before signing. If he signed anyway, he's bound by what he signed.
