Husband wants to sell house without my permission

Can my husband of 10 years sell our mobilehome without my permission legally? The house is in his name, but the land is my father's? He wants to sell it and move away, but I do not want to move or sell the home.

Consult with a local attorney about getting a Mutual Restraining Order. In most counties you can get it automatically upon the filing of a divorce. It prevents either party from disposing of assets and is effective immediately.
