Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my husband and i been separate for a week now he has our 4 month old son and he wont let me see him. I don't want a divorce because i wanna be together and race our son what can i do.

You have two choices. You can continue to not want a divorce and never see your child until he agrees or you can hire a divorce lawyer and file for a divorce or separate maintenance case. Until and unless you do for one or the other, the legal system cannot help you. Note that you can't make him live with you, and while no one here can tell you to get divorced, if your child is important you need to think out what you actually need to do.
