Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Me and my husband are separated but not divorce. i moved out about five months ago and at the first of the year is when i will be doing the paper work for the divorce. but now there is a guy i like and i wont to tell my "husband" about him but i am scared. i have two boys with my husband and i don't him to take them away... should i tell my husband about him and could he use it in court to keep me from getting my kids???

You are committing adultery. It does not matter how long you have been separated -- until you divorce, you are still married in the eyes of the law. If you have minor children, the fact that you are committing adultery could absolutely be used against you in custody proceedings.

Get a lawyer. I repeat, get a lawyer. I cannot stress it strongly enough.
You are commiting adultery, which is a crime, and also may affect custody and other issues.
You have serious problems and could face a very bad outcome based on what you posted, and your present relationship may pose the biggest problem.
I repeat - get a lawyer. You need one.
