Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

MY husband and I were separated for 2 years and in that separation time I got pregnant with other man's child. Since then my husband and I have reconciled and is supported of me and my decision to have this baby. We have moved back in together and do not intend on getting a divorce. Who is the legal father going to be of this child and what rights does the biological father have?

In Georgia your husband is presumed to be the legal father, but a court can change that, so you need to see a lawyer.
