Consult a Georgia family law attorney. If you cannot afford one, there are organizations that offer free legal assistance to those that qualify. Contact your local Bar organization for a list of those organizations.

To answer you question, if you can prove to the Court that you have made efforts to serve your husband, but cannot find him, the Court will allow you to serve your husband by "publication." This basically means that the complaint for divorce will be posted in the Courthouse or in a newspaper for a certain period of time and then the Court will allow you to move forward with the divorce, with or without your husband's participation.

Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********

The answer depends on what you have doen to find him. You may be eligible to file by publication. Call a lawyer in your area to determine whether this is an option, and how it will work. The lawyer will need far more detail than you posted here.
