Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex husband & I share joint custody of our 12year old daughter with him (unfortunately) having primary custody . The almost 3 years we have been divorced he has given me physical custody of her. What I want to know does he have the right by law to make the decision of taking her back to live with him without discussing it with me first.

Neither you nor he gets to ignore the judge. So until you hire a lawyer, go to court and modify the order, yes he can.
