Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My soon to be ex husband has been threatening me that if I dont meet him halfway to his house on friday with our kids, he will take the kids to his dads house on sunday, 2 hours away, and make me pick them up there. We do not have any leval custody papers yet, so I cant call the police. I just found out his dad moved to another state 2 months ago. He has been threating me with something that isnt there anymore. My co-worker said that was harrassment, is this true?

Your reference to threatening you with something that isn't there anymore is too vague to be answered. You and your husband should review all of the documents pertaining to your court case. There is probably something that orders both of you not to remove the children from the jurisdiction of the court, which would preclude taking them out of Georgia without the court's permission.
This is a question that you need to discuss with your lawyer. If you are separated and have children and a custody dispute, yoiu obviously hired counsel given the importance of your children. There is no way, with limited information, that we can second guess your lawyer.
