husband and wife

i married a man who is a bum...does not work and sits in my home doing nothing. I own my home..he does not ...we have one 3 yr old child. he has been asked to leave for 2 yrs now and will not... can i kick him out.

You cannot. Those are decisions a judge can make once you hire a lawyer to start your divorce.
