Illegal Marriage
How can we proceed legally against
a man, living in USA for past 25yrs?
He has married and have 2 children
based in India, however, got
married in USA and now he is a US
citizen. His legal wife is settled in
India

You may serve notice to the husband's family regarding fraud and cheating.

(1) The wife may file a criminal complaint under the Domestic Violence Act.
(2) The wife and the minor children may also file a case for maintenance.
(3) The authorities in USA may be approached with the complaint seeking cancellation of his visa/citizenship and his deportation to India.
(4) The wife and children may also seek 'green card' if they would want to go to USA for pursuing their legal remedies.
