Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
infidelity
I recently found out my husband was cheating on me and we decide to try and work things out for now. What I want to know is if I decide that I can't get over his past infidelity is there a time limit on filing for divorce on grounds of infidelity.

Re: infidelity
Adultery is only a grounds for divorce if it causes the separation. Once you try and work things out together it ceases to be a ground. You still could seek a divorce on no fault grounds, or other applicable fault grounds.
