If an inheritance was received during the marriage and immediately co-mingled with other marital funds and was further used in part or full by one spouse to purchase items specifically for them, is the spouse that inherited the funds entitled to the full inheritance at the time of divorce?

The only answer I can give is maybe. We'd have to know a great deal of detail to know how the co-mingling affects your rights.

Since it appears that you voluntaraly commingled the inherited funds, they would probably be subject to division. Consult with a local attorney who can reveiw all the documents.
