Asking Interrogatories

Can I ask my ex to answer the same interrogatories that i had to answer. I produced check stubs bank statments, and all types of finacial information. I can not afford an attorney but want to do it my self, can this be done?

You can certainly try it yourself. Just reverse the wording. However, as in all cases where folks try to act as his/her own lawyer, they will be expected by the court to know all the law and rules of precedure affecting your case.

Yes, but if you do it without a lawyer, you won't know how to use the information in your case.
