Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I am involved in a custody dispute. I have made a total of 15 attempts to have this person served with the supena ( 9 with the sheriff & 6 with a personal server) but have not ben successful. At what point can my case be heard infront of the judge?
Does this person have to be served even though the personal service states they are intentionally being evasive?

Discuss this with your lawyer. You have to serve someone before you proceed. Your lawyer may be able to suggest alternative service a judge might approve.
