New Job in Mid-CS modification

I am getting ready to settle a CS mod with my Ex and I just got offered a new job paying more money. She has no idea about this and I do not want to tell her until after she signs the agreement. What happens if I am already working the new job when we do sign? Do I have to legally disclose this information?

Withholding the information would be possible grounds for tossing the new agreement. Any ethical lawyer would quit your case when he learned of your plans, if that is your plan.

Depending on what you sign paperwork-wise, it also may be perjury.
