Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Joint Custody
I have joint custody of my child. His mother is marrying someone who is in the military. If he gets stationed overseas, does she have the right to take my child with her if she goes with him. She has physical custody.

Re: Joint Custody
If the Order is out of Georgia, you need to ask a Georgia attorney, but it probably depends on whether there is a geographic restriction.

Re: Joint Custody
It depends on what the documents say. Consult with an attorney in the area where any documents about custody were filed.
