Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm looking to get joint custody of my son? I know I have to legitmize him first. What if the mother doesn't want to sign the papers for the legitimization, will it be hard for me to get this done? And if I'm trying to get joint legal custody should I do this all at the same time?

Custody is part of a legitimization case. Unless you agree on support, custody and visitation your case can be complex. Regardless, you need a lawyer.
